Contract Economics

Index-based readjustment of public contracts, with a calculation memo

Available by subscription in the customer area, with a 14-day free trial.

Long-term Brazilian public contracts usually provide for readjustment: a periodic update of the contract value by a price index, counted from an as-of date. Contract Economics stores the company's contracts, calculates the readjustment using the index in the contract clause, and warns you as each contract's as-of date approaches its anniversary. The calculation is deterministic — fixed rules and official index numbers, never an AI estimate — and every result comes with its calculation memo.
